How should they get it?

One payment. It never renews. If they don't use it, or their field is too thin for us to help, you get a refund, minus the payment processing fee.

What I promise you, and them

  • They stay in control. Their roles, their CV, their answers. We never guess legal answers like work authorization.
  • It stays private. You won't see where they applied unless they choose to show you. We'll only tell you that they activated it.
  • If their field has too few open roles for us to be useful, I'll say so honestly.
  • If they don't use it, or we can't help, you get a refund, minus the payment processing fee.
  • Nobody can promise a job, including us. What you are giving is time and help.

Questions

Can I see their applications?

No, not unless they choose to share them. A job search is private, and the gift works better when it feels like support rather than supervision. We only tell you that they activated it.

Which fields does this work for?

It works best in the US, in fields with plenty of open roles on the job boards we read, which lean toward technology and venture-backed companies. You can check their title for free on our job count page first. If their field turns out thin, I'll tell you both and refund you, minus the payment processing fee.

What happens after the month?

Nothing, unless they choose to continue at $50 a month on their own card. Nobody is charged automatically.
