7-day money-back guarantee

If Zipply does not work for you within 7 days of your first paid charge, reply to any email from us or write to abhimanyu@tryzipply.com and we will refund you in full within 24 hours. No questions, no friction.

What's covered

  • Full amount. We refund the full amount you paid - we do not deduct payment-gateway fees.
  • First paid charge only. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid charge with us. Monthly renewals after that are not subject to the 7-day window.
  • No payment-gateway charges deducted. You get back exactly what you paid.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, reply to any email from us or write to abhimanyu@tryzipply.com. We cancel within 24 hours and stop all future charges. No annual lock-in, no contracts, no penalty.

After the 7-day window

If you have been a paid user for more than 7 days, the 7-day money-back guarantee no longer applies, but you can still cancel at any time using the same path. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no refund on the in-progress month, no charges thereafter).

Edge cases

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge at any time (within or outside the 7-day window), email abhimanyu@tryzipply.com and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charge promptly.
