Questions
Everything people ask before they trust me.
These are the real questions, including the rude ones. I have written the answers the way I would say them to you, and one of them is about who should not buy this.
Is this real
Fair question, and I would ask it too. My name is Abhimanyu Dwivedi, I built Zipply on my own, and I am the person who reviews your applications. The price is on the site rather than behind a call: $50 a month, cancel anytime in one click, 7-day money back on your first charge with no payment fees deducted. Scams hide the price and hide the person. If you want to check I exist before paying, my LinkedIn is linked at the bottom of this page and I answer emails myself.
Yes, and right now that person is me. Software finds the jobs and scores them against your CV overnight. I read the shortlist in the morning, throw out the ones the score got wrong, and send the rest. That is why the number of applications is small. If that ever changes, this answer changes on the same day.
The opposite, and the numbers show it. On a normal day we evaluate somewhere between twenty and a hundred roles for one person and apply to a handful. Everything else is declined with a reason, and you can see the declined list and the reason inside your account. Tools that measure themselves in hundreds of applications are selling you volume. Volume is what stopped working.
No. Applications go through the employer's own careers page, exactly as they would if you filled the form in yourself. Nothing in the submission says otherwise. Your CV is your CV, reworded to match the language of the specific job, which is what every careers adviser has told people to do for thirty years.
Filling the same address and phone number into a two hundredth application portal is not the part of a job search that gets anyone hired. Interview prep, talking to people who work there, and following up are. Zipply takes the repetitive half so your time goes to the half that decides the outcome.
How it works
The first scan starts within a minute. Overnight, employer application systems are read directly and every new role is scored against your CV. The next morning you get one email listing what was applied to, what is waiting on you, and what was declined and why. That repeats every day until you tell me to stop.
Employer application systems are read directly rather than through a jobs board. Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday and company careers pages, plus a set of curated employer boards. By the time a role reaches a jobs aggregator it has usually been open for a while and has a queue. Reading the source means being early, which matters more than most people think.
You set the roles, the cities, the salary floor and whether you are open to remote, hybrid or on-site. You can also give me a list of companies to skip, which people usually use for a current or former employer. Inside the app you can star anything you want looked at first, and skip anything you do not want. Anything I am unsure about gets handed to you rather than sent.
Yes, because it is what the scoring and the tailoring are built from. You can upload a PDF or Word file, or paste the text straight in if the file is somewhere awkward. It does not need to be polished. Making it better is part of the job.
Yes, and it is worth looking at. Every evaluated role carries a score, a breakdown, and a line comparing what the job asked for against what your CV shows, including the gap. Most people learn more from the declines than the applications, because the same gap tends to show up again and again.
Money
It is the hardest question on this page and it deserves a straight answer. A job search costs money either way, because every extra week without an offer is a week of income you do not get back. The bet is that this shortens the search. If it does not, the refund exists. I would rather give the $50 back than keep it from someone who is out of work and did not get value.
$50 a month, or $550 a year. Cancel yourself in one click from your account page, no email and no retention call, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. The 7-day money back applies to your first charge: full amount, no proration, no payment fees taken out, usually back within 24 hours.
Anyone hiring mostly outside the countries covered well, which today means the US first and the UK and Europe second. Roles that rarely appear on employer application systems, including a lot of shift and hourly work. And senior leadership searches, where roles are few and the thing that lands them is a warm introduction rather than an application. I have turned people away for all three, and I would rather do that than take $50 and disappoint you.
Applications start the first night. Replies are a different clock and it is not mine to promise, because that decision sits with a recruiter. What I will say honestly is that a fortnight is a reasonable point to look at whether the roles coming through are the right ones, and if they are not, that is a targeting conversation and I would rather have it early.
Still not sure? Email me.
I read every message myself. If Zipply is wrong for your search I will tell you, and I will point you somewhere better.
