Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account and using Zipply ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Zipply is a personal job search tool designed to help individual job seekers find, evaluate, and apply to roles on their own behalf.

2. Subscription and billing

Zipply offers a single AI concierge subscription with two billing options:

  • Monthly — $50/month, unlimited applications managed
  • Annual — $550/year (equivalent to $45.83/month), saves $50 vs monthly

Each managed application includes evaluation against your CV, tailored CV preparation, custom cover letter, submission of the application on your behalf (either automated where the form supports it, or by a member of the Zipply concierge team where it does not), and inclusion in your daily report. By subscribing, you authorize Zipply and its concierge team to use the profile information you've provided (including name, contact details, work authorization, EEO disclosures, and supporting documents) to complete and submit applications on your behalf. Daily application throughput is managed by your concierge to maintain quality — Zipply typically submits 1–5 tailored applications per day from the strongest matches, not the maximum theoretical volume. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by DodoPayments. We do not store your payment details. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error.

3. What "managed" means

For each application your concierge submits, we count one toward your monthly quota. If automated submission fails (e.g., the application form rejects our submission), no quota is deducted. LinkedIn profile audits and mock interview sessions are included on Pro and Concierge tiers and do not draw from your application quota.

4. Auto-Apply

The Auto-Apply feature submits job applications on your behalf using a browser automation engine. By using Auto-Apply, you confirm that:

  • You are applying only to roles you genuinely intend to pursue.
  • All information in your profile and CV is accurate and truthful.
  • You accept responsibility for each application submitted on your behalf.
  • You have reviewed and agree to the terms of service of any employer portal used.

Zipply is not responsible for application outcomes, employer decisions, or consequences arising from submitted applications.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in good faith:

  • No spamming. Do not use Zipply to submit bulk or unsolicited applications. Apply only to roles you are genuinely interested in and qualified for.
  • No misrepresentation. Do not use AI-generated content to fabricate experience, qualifications, or skills you do not have. Zipply surfaces and reframes real experience — it does not invent it.
  • Respect portal terms.You are responsible for ensuring your use of any job portal complies with that portal's own terms and robots.txt directives.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

6. AI-generated content

Evaluations, CV tailoring, cover letters, interview prep, and LinkedIn audits are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice. Always review AI output before acting on it. Zipply is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (CV, profile data). You grant Zipply a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Zipply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed job opportunities or application outcomes. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
